us do. Some of us are more comfortable leading a Bible study than dancing.
We also have a fine collection of family friends who share song and worship

One of our longest-term projects is making
rural living cost-effective, while using the abundant resources given us to
the fullest benefit. For several years, we've chronicled the oddities and
escapades involved in gardening, making biodiesel, keeping bees and fighting
killer attack rodents.

Reading and writing are of great interest
to our family. In 2007, we took part in our first
National Novel Writing
Month (NaNoWriMo).

A birder in hand is worth two running and
screaming in the bush. That's what we believe, anyway. With a young hobby
ornithologist, a Master Gardener and several botany/nature lovers in our
clan, there is always something to to amuse us in our wild wanderings. |
